He was completely asleep in the car and then immediately wide awake at the bus station

Allan lost his crooked front tooth

The front tooth on Allan's left was being pushed out, and crooked, by the tooth growing in under it. The tooth just did not want to fall out! It was getting very crooked, moving behind his other front tooth and making the new tooth grow in pretty far from center. Jimmy was able to get the tooth out tonight. Allan said it didn't hurt bad & I gave him $5 for being so brave.

This is the second tooth he lost this week. The other one fell out naturally.

Allan had to decorate a teddy bear cut-out for school. He made his Captain America.

We  work most of our shifts together, so I have lots of pictures of Ashley & I in costumes from this month so far.

Before church last weekend my mom curled Elaine's hair. Elaine wanted to be fancy. She wore her heels from Dave & Katy's wedding (yes, they still fit over a year later!), my necklace, and a hair bow. We didn't point out that most of her curls had deflated by the time we left for church. :p

Kids had their faces painted at Cici's pizza last week. They were so proud. Elaine was SUPER annoyed I made her wash her face before going to sleep.

 

Birthday card I made for my mom last week. She's not into big birthday hoopla. 

Got to see my brother!

I drew Mark while he was enjoying our Netflix.

My older brother, Mark, and my mom came to visit us all last week, staying with us. Mark had only been home (Houston) from Navy deployment for a week when they came to see us. Mark's still on his military leave, for now, but will be working back at HP shortly. The kids hadn't seen my brother in 5 years... Mark got a real kick out of how much Allan is like him.
