Cooper Creek VBS this last week.

Theme was Babylon. They did a really good job with presenting the material. Allan was able to tell us about Daniel, Nebekanezer, and Rack, Shack & Benny.

Sewed Shark Bodypillow for Jenna's birthday

She can climb inside it, like a sleeping bag, too!

Shark is sad with no people inside him. :(
These are the pics Jenna took on her phone.

Jim took kids to the Air Show

He was having issues operating our camera.  :))

Kids before leaving for Camp Copus

Elaine only went to camp for a little more than one day. She threw up in the middle of the night and we had to go pick her up on Tuesday at 3:30am! She spent the rest of the week with her Daddy, while Allan was at camp. Jimmy had taken that week as one of his paid vacation weeks from work, to have downtime.
This is how his scratches looked with 2 days more of healing.

Elaine came home from camp with lots of bracelets, temp tattoos and goodies.

Somewhere during the week, Jimmy got a call from the camp nurse to let us know Allan had wrecked his go-kart. The car was okay, he was okay, but they had him in the nurse's office to observe him to make sure he didn't have a concussion.  He hit his head on the steering wheel when he wrecked. His face was rubbed wrong, and looked pretty bad when he got home from camp, but now it's almost completely healed.

Dry Gulch 2012 Monday, Tuesday

The kids are at their first summer camp of the year,  in Oklahoma, with our church group.  The leaders keep posting pictures on their facebook accounts and texting us updates. The kids will both be gone until Friday.

Meeting at the church, before leaving in the vans.

They had the windows down in the van for a while.

Elaine was lapping the other drivers.
