VBS and other summer activities

The kids attended a VBS at Cooper Creek Baptist Church. It was western themed.

The first night, they painted bandannas with stamps. The next night, they decorated straw hats. Allan was so proud.


Elaine had Girl Scouts on Monday night, but got to go to the VBS the rest of the week. The kids kept dressing western all week for fun.

Jimmy took the kids to see scenes from 'The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe', performed in the center of the mall last weekend. I painted Allan's face, at my work, before he went to the show. Tom (from Barnes & Noble) read to the kids and they had craft activities too.
