We're Moving On Up!!!

I've been eyeballing this trailor for a while. Just yesterday a "For Rent' sign went up, so we called them early this morning. My whole family went on a walk-through of the blue trailor this morning, with the owner, Elizabeth. It's great and affordable, so we are moving!

Why we are moving, in a nutshell:
The trailor is longer and wider than our current trailor.
It's only 3 doors down from where we live now, so it'll be the easiest move in history.
Rent is only $50 more than we pay now.
The back yard is fenced in. Yay safety!
They just painted the entire outside last year.
They are leaving behind a LARGE storage shed in the backyard.
The deck in the backyard is only 1 year old and it's that fake wood that wont rot at all.
The backyard has 2 wooden swings and a tire swing + a trampoline (if we want it).
There are 3 bedrooms.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The master bathroom has a garden tub and a seperate shower. There's also his and her sinks & mirrors.
The kitchen is much much bigger. Jimmy saw the kitchen and was like, "That's it, we're moving."
THERE IS A DISHWASHER!!!!!
There are ample cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen.
There is a seperate good-sized laundry room with nice cabinets and room for our hampers. (No more washer in my bathroom/ Yay a bathroom with a door!)
There are ceiling fans, helping with energy costs.
The roof is pitched, unlike the flat one here, so they don't get the roof problems and leaks we have in the pink trailor.
All the appliances are electric. (unlike our gas furnice and oven now)
Cable TV is run to all the bedrooms (unlike in our current trailor)
The walls aren't wood-paneling. They are flat and already painted or tastefully wallpapered.
They are leaving behind the window treatments.
Elizabeth's husband will do our maintenance, not the flakey Community Maintenance men.

Elizabeth wants to clean the fridge, clean the backyard, wipe out all the cabinets and the fridge before we start moving in. She also insists on shampooing all the carpets. We sure aren't gonna stop her! We are paying a deposit at the end of this week, and we can start moving our stuff over then.
