The girl can crack eggs better than Jimmy or I. She hits the egg softly multiple times against the side of the bowl, and then before it cracks, she holds the egg and twists the shell to get the contents to spill out. She's never got eggshells in anything! That's better than my track record.

Elaine helped make Pancakes for Dinner on Tues
The girl can crack eggs better than Jimmy or I. She hits the egg softly multiple times against the side of the bowl, and then before it cracks, she holds the egg and twists the shell to get the contents to spill out. She's never got eggshells in anything! That's better than my track record.
